Testimonial: My 1st 5K!
Hi Jonathan-
I finished my first 5K run and it was great! I ended up running most of the race and only walked when my heart rate was above my AT. But, I felt great and I'm ready to sign up to do another one. The last time I chose to run a race was 20 years ago when I was in 8th grade track & field.

My husband and five kids were at the last corner before the finish line to cheer me on. What a change to have them cheering for me instead of me cheering for them. It was awesome and I got a surge of energy when I rounded the corner and saw the finish line. I actually passed several people who had passed me earlier in the run.

Thanks for being my virtual personal trainer.
