FLY Habits



Its time for a new month and a new habit. Its time for Moving in May! This month, we are going to Bless our Hearts by doing 15 minutes of Loving Movements each day. I know you can do it and will be cheering for you along the way. Our goal is for everyone to start moving 15 minutes a day. That is only 7 minutes in one direction and 7 minutes back. If that is too much then do this in 5 minute increments. Add just a little bit of loving movement to your day. Make this a habit for every day.
